A Healthy Community is a Peaceful Community.

Corazon Cook County Collaboration Corazón's health programming utilizes regular data collection and unique methods of education and information dissemination to improve health outcomes and increase health literacy and knowledge in Cicero, Berwyn, and neighboring communities. These programs engage youth and parents as both learners and messengers, guiding them to be advocates for the health of their peers. We also pursue our mission through collaborations with other health and social service agencies, such as Chicago House, Cook County Health, and Howard Brown Health, to deliver HIV/STI testing, counseling, and linkages to care.
